Your Information is strictly for official Inlets Association use and will not be shared without your written or emailed permission.  Below is an explanation of why specific information is needed by the association.


1.  The office needs the name of one designated owner who will have voting rights at annual meetings.  We are a self maintained association and voting for board members annually is very important to maintain this cost effective and efficient method of management. Please enter designated owners legal name.

2.  The office needs to know if you intend to rent your unit.  Units for Sale and Rent may be listed on the website and at the front gate.  If you intend to rent your unit, you need to complete the form Rental Procedures.  Here is a link to the renting rules Leasing and Renting of Units.

3.  The default phone will be used in the call box to allow visitors gate entry.  You may enter your cell phone as the default if that is the number you prefer your guests to call.  Area code does not need to be (941).  If your default is your cell phone, please re-enter the number under Designated owner cell phone and add your carrier under carrier.  (this carrier area may be used to text your phone in case of emergency in the future).

4. We need your email address to be able to email the Newsletter and Sunshine News and Urgent Information.

5. It is very important to check all of  the valid boxes below.  Your name, phone, and/or email address will not be included in the yearly printed directory (see example below) or the online directory alphabetically or directory by unit on the website, if the corresponding boxes are not checked. If you do not have an email address, please put a check in Mail Correspondence.

In January The Inlets Directory is published.  You can pick up a copy in The Inlets office.  Only those who have checked Include phone and/or include email below are published in this booklet.
The Directory by unit and the
​Directory alphabetically
are also available on the website.  Members area uses the same password as the clubhouse entry.  Only those who have checked Include phone and/or include email below are published on the members only area of the website.

6.  Please complete this area if your home is not homesteaded in the state of Florida.

7.  Please add information for any additional occupants.  One additional resident may be included in the directory and for the Call Box if you complete the appropriate checks and information.

8.  In case there is an emergency (hurricane, storm, flooding, etc.) and we are not first able to contact you, it is important that we have someone other than a unit occupant to contact.

​9.  Clicking Submit will email your information to The Inlets Office.  If you use outlook, you may need to click the send/receive button.
