My choice from approved trim color and number as selected from the pdf above is: is: *

Individual owners are responsible to paint the stucco, the soffits, the gutters, the
downspouts, and all doors (except the garage overhead door).

Owners requesting a change in trim color at this painting cycle will be notified and billed for:
1. Prime coating, if required, prior to applying finish coat of the paint.
2. Applying a second finish coat for bleed thru of the original trim color.
3. Attach an approved color sample swatch to speed up the approval
process, and to ensure owner samples are on file in the office.
Once approval is received from the Color Committee, the communication of color change and
billing is handled directly by the unit owner and painting contractor.

The Inlets HOA trim package includes:

The fascia, the overhead garage door
The wooden privacy fence (if any}, and any wood, metal, or concrete trim in addition to the wood fascia.
The owner is responsible for having the gutters, downspouts, drip edge, and soffits painted the same color with the exception that the soffits may be painted either the color of the trim or color of the stucco. The same is true for the garage overhead doors and wooden privacy fences.
Garage side doors are to be painted the color of the stucco.
The Inlets will not reimburse the owner for work the owner does or hires to have done on the trim areas.
