Tell me about trash pickup.
  • Our trash and recyclable items are picked up by FCC Environmental Services.  Pickup is on Wednesday weekly but may on occasion be subject to change.

When and where is mail delivered?
  • It is delivered Monday through Saturday to the Mail House and Carriage House mailboxes.
Will they pick up my outgoing mail there?

Where is the nearest US Post Office?
  • Go out the back gate, take a right and then a right on Laurel Rd.  The post office is on the right.
In case of emergency, where in the area are the hospitals and emergency care facilities?

What days is The Inlets office open?
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9am to 3pm 
Who manages The Inlets Association?
  • The Inlets Condo Association is self-managed by a resident owned board of directors and committees which result in a better managed community with lower maintenance fees.
Where do I find The Inlets bylaws, covenants, conditions, and deed restrictions?
  • In the area of this website marked Residents Only, which is password protected.
What do the association fees pay for?
  • They cover basic cable TV/Internet, landscaping maintenance, irrigation, roof cleaning, trim painting, house insurance from the sheetrock out and maintain a reserve fund for future expenses such as street resurfacing, canal and lake maintenance, etc.
When are monthly homeowner fees due?
  • They are due on the 1st of each month and are delinquent after the 15th.
How do I keep current with news and business matters of The Inlets?

How do I actively participate in the association?
  • ​Activities
  • We encourage you to let us know your area of interest and expertise.  We have an outstanding and talented group of volunteers!:
  •   - Elections are held yearly for Board Members (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer)
  •   - Committee Members (Clubhouse Manager, Landscaping Committee, Communications Committee, Welcome Committee, Rules Enforcement, Security Committee, Social Committee, Architectural Committee....)  Email if you are interested.
Are there restrictions on vehicles and parking?
  • Resident and guest parking is restricted to the garage and driveway of each unit and on the street. 
  • No overnight street parking is allowed (important because of the possibility of emergency vehicles needing access).  Residents and guests may apply to the office for permission to park in the community lot overnight. 
  • Absolutely no parking on the grass.  All wheels must rest completely on the paving.

Where can I store a boat, RV, etc.
  • The Inlets has a designated secure lot. Please submit an application. (There are only so many spots available, so you may have to wait for an opening). 
​May I lease my unit? 
  • Leasing and renting are allowed with certain restrictions.
Is there a directory of The Inlets residents?
  • Yes. It is available to residents only and may be picked up at the Office.
What do I need to know about having a pet in The Inlets?
  • There is a 40 lb limit, with a 30 lb limit in the carriage house.
